Rachitsky Sergei Vitoldovich - is the director of the Minsk State College of Architecture and Construction.

In 2005, he graduated from the Belarusian National Technical University with a degree in "Technology (Materials Processing) and Computer Science" and received a teaching qualification.
In 2005, he graduated from the BNTU Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining in New Areas of Engineering, Technology, and Economics with a degree in "Economics and Enterprise Management" and received a qualification as an economist-manager.
In 2006, he completed his master's degree at the Belarusian National Technical University with a degree in "Technology (Materials Processing) and Computer Science."
From January 2005 to January 2012, he worked as a computer science teacher at Minsk State Vocational School No. 9 of Mechanical Engineering.
From January 2012 to September 2013 – Deputy Director for Academic Affairs at Minsk State Professional Construction Lyceum No. 12.
From September 2013 to August 2022 – Deputy Director for Academic and Industrial Affairs at Minsk State Professional Construction Lyceum No. 12.
From August 2022 to November 2023 – Head of the Center for Scientific and Methodological Support for the Digitalization of Vocational Education at the Republican Institute of Vocational Education.
From February 2024 to February 2026 – Head of the Trade Union House, Logistics and Maintenance Center of the Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus.

In 2007, he was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Education Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee.
In 2009, he won the citywide professional excellence competition "CAPITAL TEACHER - TO CAPITAL EDUCATION" in the "TEACHER" category among teachers of vocational and technical education institutions.
In 2010, he received the Minsk City Executive Committee Award in the "Socialization of the Individual in the Cultural and Educational Space of the Capital" category.
In 2015, he was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.
In 2018, he was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.
Since February 19, 2026, he has been appointed director of the educational institution "Minsk State College of Architecture and Construction."

Piteryakova Olga Vyacheslavovna - is the Deputy Director for industrial training.
In 1996 she graduated from the Belarusian State Polytechnic Academy with a degree in Architecture. In 2002 and 2017 - educational institution "Republican Institute vocational education "in the specialties" Professional training” and “Management of vocational education institutions.
From 1996 to 2016 she worked at the educational institution "Mstislavsky state building college".
Since 2016 - head of department in the center of scientific and methodological provision of professional education of UO RIPO.
Since 2017 - Director of the educational institution "Minsk state vocational and technical college of builders named after V.G. Kamensky".
Since 2019 - Director of a State Educational Institution "Center for training, advanced training and retraining of workers "METROSTROITEL".
Since June 2021 he has been working as Deputy Director for industrial training of the college.

Kvasha Yulia Yurevna - is Deputy Director for educational work, teacher of the first qualification category of the cyclic Commission "Building structures".
In 2007 she graduated from the Belarusian national technical University, specialty «Vocational training "direction" Construction", qualification – teacher-engineer.
In 2007 he graduated from the "Institute of advanced qualification and staff retraining on new directions of development of engineering, technology and Economics national technical University", specialty "Economics and management".
From 15.08.2007 – teacher of special disciplines of educational Institution "MSABT".
From September 2012 to October 2016 – Chairman of the cyclic Commission "Building structures".
From 01.11.2016 – Deputy Director on educational work of the college.

Olga Fedorovna Zhyromskaya - is Deputy Director for educational work of the college.

Graduated from the Belarusian State University in 2000.
Specialization: biologist, teacher of biology and chemistry.
In the period from 2000-2001, she worked as a biology teacher at Secondary School No. 89.
Since 2001, she has been a teacher of the disciplines "Biology" and "Chemistry" at the branch of BNTU MGASK.
In 2022, she graduated from the master's program of the Faculty of Mining and Environmental Engineering of BNTU in the specialty "Ecology" and received a master's degree.
She has publications in international scientific journals.
Under the guidance of O.F. Zhyromskaya, students actively participate in many national and international competitions, scientific and practical conferences.
Awarded a certificate of honor by the administration of the Partizansky district of Minsk for many years of conscientious work in training qualified personnel for organizations in Minsk. Since 2025 - Deputy Director for Educational Work of the College.

Kostyukovich Tatiana Aleksandrovna - is Deputy Director for educational work of the college. In 2010 he graduated from the chair of EE "Belarusian state Maxim Tank pedagogical University «specialty" Primary education. Fine art.»
Since 2010 she worked in SEE "Secondary school № 168 of Minsk".
Since 2014 − teacher of the social sector of educational work, the implementation of youth programmes and projects of Department of educational work with the youth center of ideological and educational work of the Belarusian national technical University (further – the BNTU Oursm CIVR).
2015 − head of the sector of educational work, the implementation of youth programmes and projects of Oursm CIVR BNTU.
From 2018 - Deputy Director for educational work of the branch of BNTU "Minsk state College of architecture and civil engineering".

Zyl Svetlana Victorovna - is the head of architectural-technical department.
In 1986 she graduated from Minsk State Pedagogical Institute named after M. Gorky, majoring in “Pedagogy and methodology of educational work”.
In 1991 she graduated from the historical faculty of the same institute with a degree in history. She qualified as teacher of history and social sciences.
She has been working as a teacher of social sciences and humanities since September, 1999. She has high category.
She has been appointed head of the architectural-technical department since September 1, 2012.

Zholik Kristina Viktorovna - head of the technology department.
In 2014, she graduated from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics with a degree in Information Systems and Technologies (in Economics), qualification – software engineer-economist.
In 2020, she graduated from the educational institution “Republican Institute of Vocational Education” with a degree in “Vocational Training”, qualification - teacher in accordance with qualifications in basic education.
Since September 2016, he has been working at the branch of BNTU “Minsk State College of Architecture and Civil Engineering” as a teacher of the disciplines “Computer Science”, “Information Technology”, “Photography”, “Computer Graphics”.
From 09/01/2023 transferred to the position of head of the technology department.
